Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Japanese restaurant, is pleased to announce a special teppanyaki promotion showcasing Hanwoo (Korean beef) and matsutake mushrooms in an eight-course feast. This special promotion will only be throughout the month of October.

Teppanyaki is a Japanese cuisine that utilizes an iron griddle to cook the food with artistic flair. Korean beef (Hanwoo) is renowned for its high quality, exquisite marbling and flavor intensity. Matsutake mushrooms are a highly sought after treasure that grow naturally underneath red pine trees. Because they cannot be cultivated, they are a treasured gourmet commodity that have a strong fragrance of pine, which gourmands find irresistible.

This special dining experience will include eight delectable courses ranging from: egg custard with shitake mushroom, shrimp and gingko nuts; sashimi of yellowtail, halibut and tuna “Akami”; and teppanyaki made with shrimp, abalone, matsutake, cod and Hanwoo. This delicious meal is priced at KW000 per person.
