Millennium Seoul Hilton’s flagship buffet and all-day-dining restaurant, Café 395, will feature exciting and vibrant Singaporean cuisine from June 12th to the 19th, in addition to Cafe 395’s regular bountiful buffet offerings. Cafe 395 will welcome two guest chefs from Singapore, who will lead the kitchen in creating authentic and tasty national dishes.

Executive Chef Bryce Li comes to us from the M Social Hotel in Singapore. With more than 18 years of culinary experience and a great passion for food and travel, Chef Li and his assistant chef will introduce a “kopitiam” style to the buffet, a coming together of some of Singaporean’s tastiest foods in a lively atmosphere. This will be a wonderful opportunity to indulge in a wide variety of Singaporean fare, and see why Singapore is often titled as “the food capital of Asia”.

Singaporean cuisine is as widely varied as its population. Despite its small size, the city-state is located in proximity to so many different countries and cultures, greatly influencing its culinary identity. More inclusive than exclusive, Singaporean cuisine borrows from varying styles – with the unifying characteristic of being exciting, vibrant, and delicious.

Don’t miss this opportunity to sample the exciting foods of Singapore!

Café 395 introduced the market to table concept to buffet fine dining. Utilizing only the freshest premium ingredients in various action stations located throughout the restaurant, Café 395 welcomes diners to a vibrant dining experience that delivers exciting foods prepared just the way you want. The buffet is priced at KW94,000 per person at lunch, and KW99,000 per person at dinner.
