Millennium Seoul Hilton’s flagship buffet and all-day-dining restaurant, Café 395, will feature the fiery and exciting cuisine of Sri Lanka from February 1st to February 10th, in addition to Cafe 395’s regular bountiful buffet offerings. Cafe 395 will welcome a guest chef, Mr. Ambakumbure Watte Gedara, from Cinnamon Lodge Hanarana hotel in Sri Lanka who will lead the kitchen to creating authentic and tasty national dishes.

Some of the highlighted dishes to be created by the guest chef will be Sri Lankan prawn salad, sting hopper pillaw, beans tempered, egg & plain hoppers with condiments, pumpkin custard, bibikkan. Don’t miss this opportunity to taste this exciting cuisine.

Sri Lankan cuisine has long been renowned for its spices. Since ancient times, traders from all over the world who came to Sri Lanka brought their native cuisines to the island, resulting in a rich diversity of cooking styles and techniques. One of the most complex cuisines in the world, the food of Sri Lanka uses bountiful local ingredients including some of the hottest peppers in the world.

Café 395 introduced the market to table concept to buffet fine dining. Utilizing only the freshest premium ingredients in various action stations located throughout the restaurant, Café 395 welcomes diners to a vibrant dining experience that delivers vibrant foods prepared just the way you want. The buffet is priced at KW94,000 per person at lunch, and KW99,000 per person at dinner.
