Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Café 395 is pleased to present a special promotion highlighting Indian cuisine entitled India Sarang Festival (“Sarang” is the Korean word for “love”).
From October 19th to the 27th, Café 395 guests will be treated to a cornucopia of Indian delights (in addition to Café 395’s regular buffet offerings), prepared by the highly acclaimed and accomplished Indian Guest Chef Sanjay Tyagi. Chef Tyagi was born in Budhela, a village on the outskirts of Delhi. His culinary career has taken him across India and throughout Asia, as he trained and worked with top chefs and honed his culinary skills.
Chef Tyagi is no stranger to Millennium Seoul Hilton, having visited as a guest chef during multiple Indian food promotions since 2008. He was Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s personal chef during Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Korea in 2015.
Chef’s Tyagi’s food philosophy is one that originates from immense passion and extensive research. He cites the old time hotel cooks of royal families, international chefs, and places he has visited as influences on his style of invigorating and sparkling cuisine.
We are confident that your palate will be awakened and satisfied by the outstanding culinary skills of Chef Tyagi. Bask in the spacious elegance of Café 395, which utilizes only the freshest premium ingredients for a vibrant dining experience, and enjoy the best of Indian cuisine in Korea.
Café 395’s impressive buffet, including the Indian dishes, is priced at KW94,000 per person at lunchtime and KW99,000 per person at dinnertime.
